How is the lamb raised?
We buy weaned lambs and raise them naturally, outside, on the grass. They have access to shelter, water, and green grass at all times. They are treated naturally (but not certified organic) once we get them unless life-saving measures are needed.
How is it available?
The lamb is available in cuts at the farm (prices are on the Farm Store page).

How did we get our first sheep?
Vicky brought home Bathsheebaaa, our first lamb, when she was just 2 days old. We put a diaper on her, bottle-fed her, and raised her in the house. She followed us like a puppy! Bathsheebaaa lived many years and gave birth to many cute lambs.
We still have lamb cuts available in our Farm Store, but we will not be raising lamb this year. |
