Since we hand-cut every piece of cheese, weights of wedges will be as close as we can get them; and wheels are sold by average weight as noted in the description.

We ship UPS in Michigan and USPS outside Michigan (Fed-Ex for Summer Shipping). Sorry, we can not sell or ship outside the US States or to US territories.

Meat cuts, poultry, and eggs are available only on the farm.
