How is our pork raised?
We buy weaned piglets and raise them naturally on grass. The majority of their diet is certified Organic grass, however we also feed them whey, which is a by-product from cheese making. A small amount of corn is also given. They are butchered locally at 250-350 pounds each December. For a list of pork cuts available at Grassfields, you can go here.

How to order:
Custom pork is available by the half or whole, and also sold by the cut from our farm store. The pork is sent to Devries Meats where it is butchered and processed according to your desires. The cost is $2.75 per pound times the hanging weight, plus processing (paid to DeVries Meats). Please call Betsy at (616)997-1306 for more information or to place an order.
