How is our pork raised?
We buy weaned piglets and raise them naturally on grass. The majority of their diet is certified Organic grass, however we also feed them organic whey, which is the liquid part of the milk lefto over from cheese making, and some organic corn. They are butchered locally at 250-350 pounds in late Fall to early Winter. For a list of pork cuts available at Grassfields, you can go here.

How to order:
Custom pork is available by the half or whole, and also sold by the cut from our farm store. The pork is sent to Devries Meats where it is butchered and processed according to your desires.
