Cheese Making Classes Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own cheese at home? Come to this 2 hour class and learn how to make mozzarella, ricotta, cream cheese and butter. This class will be taught in the chapel just north of the Grassfields Cheese farm store at 14380 60th Avenue. Cost is $40/person which include cheese making supplies and a $10 gift card to the Grassfields Farm Store. Hurry, only a few spots left! Farm Tours! If you have never seen the Grassfields Cheese farm operation, this may be just for you! Each month we will be having a tour for anyone to attend. You will get to see how cheese is made, taste our cheeses, see our milking facility, and take a wagon ride tour of the pastures where our animals live.
